Love is the biggest healing and freeing force in all of existence.
Love is always available and accessible, it is never absent. Yet, we may not always be open to the flow of Love. There are many causes and effects that prevent us from trusting love and deeply allowing love. We usually feel quite open to give love but may be more scared to keep opening to receive more love … when the fear kicks in and we feel no longer in control.

As we first descend into the density of the human body at the moment of conception we start to receive impressions and experiences that are different from love. These impressions are painful and lead to false beliefs around love. In these overwhelming moments, we start to shut down and cover these parts of our soul that are in pain, as it feels unbearable and impossible to survive if we allow them to be felt. In these moments, we do not allow ourselves to fully come into our body and instead choose falsely ‘safe’ havens where we can deny the pain and reside in surviving.
Life becomes a strategy to survive, a battle of control against pain, and no matter what we do, the suffering is always there on one level or another. We forget about the love we were created in and the desire to fully live this human experience. We look in all directions outside of ourselves to find love, to fill the hole, substituting the love and the life we so desperately crave.
Shakti is life force, the living substance that flows through and connects all of creation. Shakti is very similar to love and only wants to create more of itself, Life. In shutting down parts of our soul we also close off from Shakti, from life, from feeling deeply, from true authentic relating with ourselves and others, and all that it connects us to.
Re-igniting, allowing Shakti life-force to flow back into us, we start the journey to open up all contracted places within us, bringing back the separated parts of our soul, aligning our minds with our souls, our hearts with womb/hara, all becoming more and more the authentic expression of who we truly are.

What is Shakti?
Shakti is life-force, the flow of life, untamable, rich, wild, overflowing, creating and dissolving in a continues flow, wave after wave …
When we connect or re-connect with the flow of life we become truly alive, free-flowing allowing all our cells to become alive and following our hearts desires and fully living them. It touches our passion, our vibrancy, the depth of who we truly are and it awakens us from being asleep, coping and surviving in this world.
What is Womb/Hara?
The Womb for women is so much more then the physical organ of uterus. It is our center of gravity and for the men also known as the Hara. This is the place where we hold our deepest potential for creation, not just a baby but everything in our life … It is the place of innate wisdom and power … your gut feeling and intuition, your belly center …
What can I expect in the workshop?
On the first day we go in the full experience of the Womb/Hara, connecting with the essence of this often forgotten and neglected space. Through guided visualization and specific breathing we will re-connect, re-meet, re-discover the mysteries in this space and even descend into The Womb of the World. We will learn practices that have been passed on from ancient lineages and be handed the key to our creativity, vitality, sensuality and power of manifestation. We will also discover what we hold in our Womb/Hara, feel, release and cleanse what is no longer wanted. From here, we can open to an authentic connection to Source, or God.
On the second day we deepen into the Shakti Circuit, learn, breath and experience all of the 18 connecting points in the physical body, their treasures and the blockages.
On the last day we open the heart and re-connect our heart-soul with the Womb/Hara anchoring our center of power and wisdom with the love in our heart-soul and beyond with the Creator of our soul.
