Our Womb Hara is the vast field within our underbelly and gut that creates a firm foundation to live human life with open heart and soul. It is the safe bedding to move forward, following the inclinations to be all we are, sovereign, divine, Love.

In this evening I will share the most powerful practice I have come across in my journey. This practice allows a strong wave of Shakti (life-force) to enter directly in our Womb Hara.

This evening is for the brave, willing to be vulnerable and receptive, allowing the healing love within Life-force to enter and stir the resistances of receiving love, withholding, not participating fully in life.

Painful emotions of self betrayal and lack of self-love will arise and be moved through. Old unresolved trauma's may arise to be healed and brought into love. Beliefs and barriers may be cracked open, ... All is possible in allowing this wave of Shakti and its healing force of love.

The measure of your willingness to feel and heal, your humility, suffices to delve in the unknown within yourself, so yet another part of you comes to the surface to fully participate in Life.

We will start at 6.30pm with a brief talk and a circle followed with the practice. The practice is done in pairs, so you may want to bring a partner or trust a partner will be here for you.
